A) There are, at the time we're writing this (Spring 2004) 43 real LSATs available to practice with. There is no need for you ever to risk looking at simulated material.

The only reason any firm ever uses fake LSAT questions is cost -- REAL LSAT Questions require license fees to LSAC. But some firm's bottom line should not determine where you get your practice materials. In the entire LSAT 180 Course, we use only REAL LSAT materials, except when specifically selecting simpler examples for the introduction of basic concepts -- which are then always identified as fake.

And all practice work is ONLY done with REAL LSATs.
